Introduction

This machine owns high-efficiency, and has been added new functions, such as automatic-packing, automatic-feeding with the remnant stems and leaves, and the gaps between  picking blades and the bottom of case can be adjusted. The unique design makes it be morepractical and convenient in peanut-picking.

Working principle

Put the peanuts which are with stems and leaves into the feeding port, the machine will convey them to the picking-case. With the mutual influence of the two idler wheels which are  inner-equipped, the stems and the peanuts will be separated. The peanuts fall down  directly and will be conveyed by the additional conveyor out until putting them into the packing bags, while the others will be blew to the tail of the machine by the wind power produced from motor fan 1 during the falling process.Simultaneously,under the effect of the wind power produced by the motor fan 2, which is equipped at the tail, the stems that without peanuts can be blew away to the distant of 4~5 meters(and the height is almost same)to be stack automatic. While those stems which are with peanuts will be held up by the dam-board, and then conveyed by another conveyor to the feeding port for the second-time feeding. Like this, the new round procedure begins.
