Introduction

After years of research and development of our company, we have developed various of vibration tables ,they are divided into three types ,two-dimensional vibration automatic control ,  three-dimensional vibration of self-control, three-dimensional FM shock (for pipeline  equipment). It is suitable for precision casting, Pressure molding. And it is a stable machine with low consumption and low noise. Vibration table is used in the production process for particles, powdery materials from the bulk to the form of a massive shape.

Working principle

Vibration table is mainly composed of four parts.They are bracket, countertops, vibration, shock absorption institutions. Rubber springs and 2~8 vibrating motors are used together to vibrate materials from all directions (up and down, left and right, front and rear),leading to the effect of two or three-dimensional shake.

Applied field

ZP vibration table is widely used in metallurgy, abrasive, food, chemical industry, building material, coal, electricity and so on,used  for cast steel, cast iron, bronze, cast aluminum, different structure of various types of castings.

3.What's the loading weight of the table? 

4.what is the size you need the table to be?

5.How much is your voltage, HZ and phase? Like in China, we usually use 380v, 50HZ, three phase.

2.Q:How many motors a vibration table have?

A:The number of the motors depends on the size and loading weight for the table, our engineer can design the table as your request.

3.Q:We need very large vibration table, for example, the length reaches 10m, can you offer the machine i need?

A:Yes, we can. With rich experience and large production capacity, we have ever exported a large vibration table with size 10*6m to Argentina. 

4.Q:Can i adjust the vibration frequency of the table?

A:Yes, you can. We can install a frequency changer on the table, thus you can adjust the vibration frequency as your request.   

5.We have some special requirements: to install hydraulic device or suction cup  device on the table, can you offer the machine i need?

A:Yes, we can. Our engineer can design the special one with hydraulic device or suction cup device on the table for you.
